I have been a Private Hire driver since 2019 and after a year working for other companies on the wirral doing airport transfers, I decided to start my own airport transfer company JT Transfers in 2020 having seen there's a need for reliable and professional airport transfers. Having served in Military for many years you’ll always have a driver who is reliable, punctual, professional and knows customer service inside and out. I’m passionate about great customer service and the service provided by JT Transfers is second to none. From the initial booking confirmation the communication was superb and I felt completely confident my transfer would arrive on time (which it did both going to and returning from the airport). I left in the early hours and returned at rush hour and the lovely driver was timely, courteous and professional. The milk and bread provided at the end of the return journey is a fabulously sweet gesture. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending JT Transfers, I certainly won’t be booking elsewhere in future.

AIRPORT TRANSFER John did a Manchester Airport run there and back for myself and my mum recently, he was very friendly accommodating and professional, it was a very early pick up and he arrived promptly , letting me know he was on the way. On our return we were slightly delayed as mum requires assistance off the plane and through the airport, we kept John waiting an extra hour and I was a little bit worried but John couldn’t have been more patient and understanding and also came in the airport to help with our luggage and getting mum to the car. He had even picked up bread and milk for our return. Such a lovely guy , also a very nice car! We would definitely recommend JT Transfers and will use again in the future.
